Return policy
You can return goods and get a refund up to 14 days after the purchase.
The goods have to be in their original packaging, packed correctly as you get them, unwashed, unworn, without any smearing and include all original labels etc. The shoes must be returned with the original box/packaging, which is in the same condition as the shoes were received.
Care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis and socks do not have a 14-day right of return.
To return goods you have to fill the return form and return goods no later than 14 days. Print and fill return form.
Return with OMNIVA LT/LV use return code. You can find the return code in the same SMS message with which you received the package.
Return with DPD LT/LV use return code. DPD sends the return code by SMS after receiving the package.
Return from other EU countries- please send the package via post or courier.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (LV/LT 3.89€ )
If you are using the same packaging you received the package in, be sure to remove the old package label!
We will process the refund as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days
