How to measure your foot

To ensure a comfortable fit, measure your foot from toe to heel and add about 1.5 cm to determine the length of the insole. This extra room allows for movement, accommodates thicker socks if needed, and helps retain warmth, as the air trapped inside the shoe provides insulation. By knowing the insole length, you can select the appropriate shoe size. It’s important to measure both feet, as one foot may be larger than the other; always choose a shoe size that fits the larger foot.
