PRINCIPLES OF CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSING
This document defines the purposes, composition, processing and confidentiality of customer data at the disposal of Privak OÜ.
WHO IS THE CLIENT?
A person who has entered into a contractual relationship with Privak OÜ.
WHAT IS CUSTOMER DATA?
Customer data is any information that Privak OÜ knows about its customer (e.g. customer name, contact details, transaction data).
WHAT IS CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSING?
Customer data processing is any operation performed with customer data (including collection, storage, arrangement, storage, modification, disclosure, access to customer data, making inquiries and extracts, use, transfer, cross-use, connection, closure, deletion and destruction of customer data).
WHO IS THE CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSOR?
The customer data processor is Privak OÜ (Paadi tee 3-335, 74001, Haabneeme, Harjumaa). Privak OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
WHO IS THE THIRD PERSON?
A third party is a natural or legal person who is not a customer or a processor of customer data.
COMPOSITION OF CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSED
Privak OÜ collects customer data in the following composition:
first and last name;
date of birth;
contacts;
transaction data (data of purchases made by the customer)
all data transmitted by the customer (except for sensitive personal data), i.e. Privak OÜ has the right to record the Customer's orders given via all means of communication (e.g. telephone and computer network).
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING CUSTOMER DATA?
Privak OÜ processes customer data in order to:
fulfill the contract concluded with the client;
to better understand customer expectations and thereby offer suitable, high-quality services to the customer.
IN WHICH CASES DOES PRIVAK OÜ PUBLISH CUSTOMER DATA?
Customer data is confidential, it is not issued and access to it by third parties is not allowed, without the prior consent of the Customer, except in the cases prescribed by law. Privak OÜ has concluded agreements with companies that provide the service of sending newsletters and SMS messages on the confidential use of the transmitted information.

HOW DOES PRIVAK OÜ USE CUSTOMER DATA WHEN OFFERING SERVICES?
Privak OÜ sends offers and reminders to Customers. The customer has the right to contact Privak OÜ at any time to notify his wish not to receive personal offers.
HOW TO CHANGE MY CUSTOMER DATA AND REQUEST TO STOP PROCESSING THEM?
The customer has the right to get acquainted with his customer data by e-mail info@privak.ee or phone (+372)506 1313. If the customer data has changed or is incorrect for any other reason, the customer must also report this to the e-mail address info@privak.ee or phone via (+372)506 1313. The customer has the right to demand the termination of the processing of his data and/or the deletion of the collected data, if the corresponding right derives from the Personal Data Protection Act or other legislation.
