1. Terms and Conditions
1.1.These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders. By ordering goods from our website you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Privak OÜ, Estonian registry number 11560446.
1.2.In addition to conditions set out in Terms all internet purchases are regulated by relevant state regulations.
1.3.OutletStore Eesti reserves the right to unilaterally change Terms and prices of goods sold without prior notice. All purchases are regulated by Terms valid at the moment of purchase.
1.4.Products available, prices and discounts may differ from retail offers.
2.1.Prices are displayed next to products.
2.2.In addition to prices displayed next to products you will be charged for transportation according to your chosen delivery type. Delivery type and transportation cost are calculated in order basket.
3. Orders and cancellations
3.1.Choose an item, size and add to basket.
3.2.You can add, delete and change items in the basket.
3.3.To make an order choose “Order” after that you are requested to choose delivery type.
3.4.After filling the order form, you will be directed to Payment page.
3.5.Order is considered valid after you have successfully made the payment.
3.6.You will get a notification e-mail from us informing you of the order details.
3.7.We will add a paper invoice to the delivery.
3.8.When you want to cancel an order contact us via email@example.com
4.1.All web purchases are subjected to 100 % prepayment.
4.2.Payments can be made via Maksekeskus AS
4.3.All payments are processed outside the web store in banks secure payment environment.
4.4.If you would like to use other means of banks please just place the order and as you can't pay with Estonian bank links, we will send you the invoice for the payment with regular bank transfer – choose pay via bank transfer, invoice come automatically to your e-mail. 5.1.Pick up goods by yourself. OutletStore opening times are Tuesday and Thursday 12:00-18:00, Paadi tee 3-335, Viimsi Äritare, Haabneeme.
5.7.Omniva Parcel Delivery LITHUANIA 3.89€
Omniva will notify you via SMS about the delivery arrival.
6. Return policy
6.1.You can return goods and get a refund up to 14 days after the purchase.
6.2.To return goods you have to fill the return form and return goods no later than 14 days. Print and fill return form.
6.3.You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Return with OMNIVA uese return code. The message or e-mail that tells you your parcel has arrived usually contains a returns code. You can use this code to return the parcel using a parcel machine.
Those cases return will cost from LV and LT 3.89€. The refund will be deducted from the price of the returned product. Free return applies if the value of the unreturned products from the order exceeds €99.99, otherwise a return cost of €3.89 applies to LT.
We will process the refund as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days.
6.4.The goods have to be in their original packaging, packed correctly as you get them, unwashed, unworn, without any smearing and include all original labels etc.
6.5.You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
6.6.Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
6.7.1.If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
6.7.2.If a defect appears after the product has been put into use, the expert will examine the defect and the product will be repaired or replaced after the defect has appeared. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced by the merchant, the money will be returned after the cause of the defect has been identified.
6.8.If a refund or reimbursement for defective goods is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
6.9.Care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis and socks do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
